My Story

For nearly two decades, my work has centered around helping people move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. From supporting individuals in building independence and daily life skills to walking alongside people in physical recovery, I’ve spent years witnessing how growth actually unfolds in real life—not in big, dramatic shifts, but in small, steady moments of change.

Over time, I’ve come to believe that real growth doesn’t happen through pressure or force. It happens through connection, awareness, and feeling safe enough to be honest about where you are. When people feel truly seen, supported, and understood, something begins to shift—and they start moving forward in ways that feel more aligned, more confident, and more like themselves.

Growth Philosophy

Growth isn’t something we force—it’s something we allow.

It doesn’t come from pushing harder or trying to fix yourself. It comes from slowing down enough to notice what’s really going on beneath the surface—and responding with intention instead of reaction.

Real change happens in small, steady ways.
In the moments where you pause.
Where you listen to yourself instead of overriding your needs.
Where you take one step—not ten—in a direction that feels aligned.

You don’t have to become a completely different person to grow.

You’re not starting from scratch.
You’re building from where you are.

This work is about awareness, alignment, and forward movement—at a pace that feels sustainable and true to you.

A Note on Coaching

You might be wondering what the difference is between coaching and counseling.

While both offer support and space for growth, coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

This work is focused on where you are now and where you want to go—helping you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.

At the same time, my background and training continue to inform how I hold space—grounded, thoughtful, and attuned to your experience.

If at any point it feels like you would benefit from a different level of support, I will always encourage that and help guide you toward the right resources.

If this resonates with you, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

You can begin right where you are.
